# How to Set Up Oculus Proxies With WinGate
> Strengthen your network security and access control by integrating Oculus Proxies with WinGate Proxy Server. This guide will walk you through configuring proxies in WinGate to enhance security, manage network traffic, and improve online privacy.
## What is WinGate?
**WinGate** is an advanced proxy server and internet gateway designed for businesses and enterprises. It supports HTTP, SOCKS, and integrated communication services, making it an ideal solution for managing network access, enforcing security policies, and optimizing bandwidth usage. By combining **WinGate Proxy Server with Oculus Proxies**, you can strengthen network security, control internet access, and enhance privacy, ensuring a seamless and efficient browsing experience.

## How to Set Up Oculus Proxies With WinGate
[Install WinGate](https://www.wingate.com/download/wingate/download.php), set up a license, and launch the software.
After setting up an account, in the left navigation column, go to **Services**.
Right-click in the main window and select **Install Service**.
In the new window, choose **WWW Proxy Service** and click **Next**.
Enter a name for the service and click **Finish**.
In the newly opened window, go to the **Bindings tab** and remove all existing **Binding Policies**.
Click **Add**, then select **Any External Adapter** under Any Adapter, and press **OK**.
* Navigate to the **Connection tab**.
* Enable **Connect via upstream proxy**, enter the Proxy details:
* `Host` as Proxy Server.
* `Port`.
* Check **Proxy requires authentication**, and fill in the proxy credentials:
* `Username`.
* `Password`.
* Click **Apply** and **OK**.
Your newly added Proxy Service will now appear in the Services window and is ready for use.
