# Refund Policy

    Oculus Proxies provides refunds for subscriptions canceled **within 5 days** of the initial payment, as long as your total **bandwidth usage is under 50MB**.

    You can track your **current bandwidth usage** in the [Oculus Proxies dashboard](https://oculusproxies.com/dashboard) to verify if you meet the refund criteria.

  <Accordion title="Can my order be declined for security reasons?">
    Yes. We may decline or cancel orders if there is suspicion of fraud, unauthorized transactions, or illegal activity.

    To cancel your proxy and receive a refund, please follow our [Cancel Plan](https://docs.oculusproxies.com/pricing-billing/edit-plan#cancel-plan) process.
